Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to Sweden, all other European Union countries and the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs

• European Union, including Sweden: €4.49 flat-rate shipping.

• United Kingdom: £4.79 flat-rate shipping.

Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping to all supported countries on orders over 850 SEK. This threshold is automatically converted to your local currency.

Production and dispatch

Every item is made to order and shipped directly to you by our production partner, Printful. The dispatch location depends on the product, availability and delivery destination.

Production usually takes 2–5 business days. This is already included in the delivery estimates below.

Estimated delivery times

From placing your order to receiving it: 7-14 business days.

These estimates include both production and shipping—you do not need to add extra production time.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates. Product availability, busy periods and carrier delays may occasionally affect when your order arrives.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take some time to show the carrier’s first update.

Delivery questions or delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email artofgritz@gmail.com with your order number. We will check its status and help resolve the issue.
